Refund policy
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Custom items can't be returned nor refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized items.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
